So today I started my first day getting back into shape programme with AEM 10 weeks drop the Fat for Mums & Dads.

scary !!!! but has to be done as I have let myself go these last few months ...

My goals: get back to my most optimum physical and wellness shape ! Feel confident about my body and teach my Tyga and Bellyfit classes wearing a cropped top by the end of the 10 weeks !

I did my 7 days online AEM detox just after Xmas which was already a great kick start as I gave my body a real good boost and platform for healthier living going forward.

I was sitting at the hairdresser last week and I was thinking ....wow...can't see my stomach bloated as usual > awesome feeling !

Today I started the day with home made oat protein pancake with almond butter - one of my fav breakfast ! took my vitamins and supplements.

Training session midday for myself >>> I trained real hard, pushed myself. My fire is back !!!! Yeaaaaa
Post exercise nutrition with a banana and plenty of water !

I had a nice big lunch with my lovely hubby. Nothing too crazyyyy ;)
and back to work for the rest of the day starting to feeling the earlier training's effect !

Protein shake with TNT in the evening ! sipping some Slim Solstic throughout the evening ...

Relax and Bed early tonight t>>>
